Dear friends,
I’m very excited to invite you to my Hatha yoga classes.
You are sincerely welcome to join the classes at nice cozy studio in a quiet area of Literatuurwijk – Green Central.
On the first meeting I will share all needed details and information, gladly answer your questions; and of course, we will practice – so don’t forget your training clothes.
The classes are in Dutch, but some explanations are given in other languages 😉
There some mats and props available at the room, so no worries if you don’t have your own.
The room capacity is 15 people max, so please sign up via the website, e-mail or WhatsApp!
